Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused, uncontaminated laboratory glassware in its original packaging with proof of purchase and prior authorization from Sun Glassware. Custom, personalized, special-order, clearance, used, or damaged-through-misuse products are not eligible for return. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with your order details and photos for review. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed defective product.
